Service calls for lighting and sprinkler repair and services are $90.
Labor rates are $90 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
Sprinkler System Maintenance
Spring Reactivation and Tune Up from $105
- Pressurizing system
- Checking main line and valves for leaks
- Checking all zones and heads for leaks
- Checking and adjusting for proper coverage
- Clearing sod from around heads
- Unclogging nozzles
- Performing backflow test
Fall Winterization $50 (before 11/30)
- turning off main valve
- opening backflow assembly and drain valves
- Checking water meter for internal valve leaks

Backflow Assembly Testing
All sprinkler systems are required to have a backflow prevention assembly installed to prevent contamination of the drinking water supply. Backflow preventers are a mechanical device and are required by state law to be tested on an annual basis.
We are certified through the state of Oregon to perform your backflow prevention assembly testing. We take care of all the paperwork and submit the test results directly to your water provider for you.
